I have tested with windows 7 and 10.

I have had a look at the code and the GUI code but cannot find anything that may cause this issue.
I also retested on Win 7,8 & 10.
Bit of a puzzle.
I will issue a refund. If I find out what may be causing the issue, will let you know.
